Merchandise purchased at full price or standard markdown may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. All merchandise purchased at 50% off or more is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags intact and returned in its original packaging. Swimwear must be returned with protective lining in place and show no signs of wear. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear.
Please note, merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Johnny Was reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the merchandise does not meet the terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy. Items that do not meet the policy’s terms and conditions may be returned to you.
